These terms and conditions govern the use of the krikya official platform and all services included within it. When you register on this site, log in, or take part in any activity, you are considered to have accepted all the terms described below. 1. Definitions and Scope

In this document, "Platform" refers to the krikya official website, mobile app, and all related digital services. "Member" refers to any person who uses the platform through a registered account. These terms have been prepared in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any new feature or service added to the platform will automatically fall under these terms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on krikya official and use any of its services, a member must be at least 21 years of age. The platform reserves the right to suspend or close any account if the member refuses to submit the identification required for age verification.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

The name, date of birth, mobile number, and other details provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. If an account is opened with false information, all balances and bonuses in that account will be forfeited and the account will be closed.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all such accounts will be cancelled and any related bonuses will be forfeited. Multiple accounts operated from the same device, IP address, or payment method will also be treated as a violation of this policy.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3. Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Terms

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on krikya official is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in the member's own name — use of third-party accounts is not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, and processing may be delayed until account verification is complete.

3.3 KYC Verification

For security purposes, the platform may at any time request a photo of the member's national ID card or passport for identity verification. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the withdrawal request may remain on hold.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

4.2 Weekly Reload Bonus

Under the weekly krikya official reload bonus, a 20% bonus is available once per week on any deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000, with a wagering requirement of 18 times. Minimum deposit is ৳100.

4.3 Friday Deposit Bonus

Deposits made on Fridays and Saturdays qualify for the Friday deposit bonus of 30%, up to a maximum of ৳8,000, with a wagering requirement of 20 times.

4.4 General Bonus Terms

Bonus funds are not cash — they are gaming credits that can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements have been met. In the event of bonus misuse or a breach of terms, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Another bonus cannot be claimed while a current bonus offer is still active.

5. Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the krikya official platform are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. If any member attempts to influence game outcomes through technical exploits, software bugs, or any other dishonest means, their account will be closed immediately.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error during a game session, the bet amount will be returned to the member's balance. However, krikya official will not be liable for any winnings lost due to server issues on the game provider's side.

5.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, if any match is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded. If one event in a multi-bet is cancelled, that selection will be removed from the bet and the remaining selections will form the revised bet.

6. VIP Program and Cashback

The krikya official VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.2% for Bronze, up to 0.5% for Silver, up to 0.8% for Gold, and up to 1.0% for Platinum. Cashback is calculated based on weekly net losses.

Eligibility for VIP tier changes is at the platform's discretion, and the platform reserves the right to modify the terms of this program at any time. Cashback amounts cannot be withdrawn directly; they will be added as bonus credits and specific wagering requirements will apply.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:

• Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Using multiple accounts on the same bet to arbitrage bonuses
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems
• Using a false identity or forged identification documents
• Placing bets on behalf of minors or using their accounts

If any of the above violations are proven, the account may be closed, the balance forfeited, and legal action may be taken.

12. Account Closure Policy

12.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may voluntarily request to close their account. If the applicable wagering requirements have been met prior to closure, the available balance may be withdrawn.

12.2 Closure by the Platform

krikya official reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the event of a serious breach of terms, evidence of fraud, or a requirement to comply with applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability

krikya official's liability for any direct or indirect financial loss suffered by a member as a result of using the platform is limited to the amount of the deposit relating to the incident in question. The platform is not liable for temporary unavailability, internet connection issues, or technical errors on the part of third parties.

There is always a risk of losing money in gaming and that risk is entirely the member's own. krikya official does not guarantee any winnings.

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable international law. Any dispute will first be addressed through negotiation.
